My map disappeared from screen. How to bring it back?

Make a backup of your windows.conf file in the Ender folder. And start deleting lines that seem appropriate.

"The system cannot find the path specified"

Originally the black screen with a lot of writing (including that) just popped up and disappeared, until I made it pause, and yeah, I'm not entirely sure what to do now, even after my visit to the flow chart.

Tried everything, still the same result. Tried the more complicated stuff like the java website, did nothing too. I hate knowing nothing about computers -.o

Fixed via IRC. Was using 32bit java instead of 64bit java. Also, required Djava.library.path to be set to HnH folder.

Post the contents of your run.bat file.

Also, what version of windows are you using?
And: Is java.exe located in the folder at: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\" ?

I use windows Vista and i use 32x. And yea my java is C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Java \ jre6 \ bin \ Java so can you help?

Edit: moded the run.bat and typed the pause in the end to see what are the problem i will make a screenshot about it.

Hi, I got the "Windows cannot find javaw." error the first time I tried running it, so then I followed the solution by pasting the full directory path in the run.bat file. Now when I run it I get this error before the cmd closes down again.



Sorry if it's not clear, I tried doing a print screen but I can't get it to show any clearer than this.

No its not ... But I see it can be even worse

Sigh.
You can select (and copy, and than past, etc) that text in that console window ... As there is a nice menu, with the needed options to do so, when you click on that window titlebar icon.

Erm: taskbar -> titlebar.
