My agreement with ender was simple

I used a custom licenses code included in the code i sent ender
I stated plain as day as long as he acknowledge on the forum of my contribution and left the licenses and credit in source code intact
It would be all good

I provided him source code to help the ender project

The exact code is the wiki in game browser back end which communicates with the wiki webpage to gather data and make it into useful data.

He ripped out all mention of my alias in source code and the licenses than claimed it as his own with no acknowledgment

I'd just like to point out you're misconstruing the law horribly and making lots of idle threats. Essentially, if you were promised payment via contract or if this was a profitable venue for yourself then you could seek compensation for lost profits or stolen profits. Explicitly this is not the case for the client as I'm pretty sure no one here has paid a cent to Ender for his work and the clients are free to use.

You also need some sort of proof that the intellectual property is yours beyond just your word or a verbal contract. Just because someone writes a script for Hello World does not mean that everyone else who writes a script for Hello World is subject to their intellectual property patent.

That said, I was hoping this was an actual client that was useful for the game. Instead it's a whole lot of nothing.
