I've found while running an IRC Client Extended-Haven (Pacho?) JNLP format. And it works, but not have mapping function.

If that works, you ought to do it properly, and add an exception to the firewall for your program, but personally I hate the windows firewall, and always have it turned off.
Note that you might have some antivirus package with a firewall. In that case: iunno.
