That said, I was hoping this was an actual client that was useful for the game. Instead it's a whole lot of nothing.

I have proof provided by several means
Uploading third party host with my IP by which means I transferred the code to ender and which was done before ender added such code to the client

This is very true. While Ender may have taken some of your code, this thread basically has you stealing some of Ender's code which does not particularly help your case. If Ender stole your code he needs to either honor the license or remove your code. However that does not give you the right to steal his code.

I doubt you could successfully sue anyone for this case as there is no monetary loss so damages are impossible to value. That being said I have no background in law.

EDIT: If possible could you post the licence your code was under

this is all true if you go to the ender thread i posted one pm of a million communicating with ender to show I didn't make this up even with ender replying.

I didn't say this till now.... cause I haven't been around here for a while.... But came to check forum notice no comments on ender thread about credit to me and than did a source code check out to see my code there and credits removed.

It is now cause now is when I found out... rocket science huh

That isn't money involved from what I read.
Would you post the license for your code please?

You are not involved in this if ender needs another copy I will provide him one.

You seem to lack basic knowledge of code ownership.... so would be pointless at any rate.
Ender blantly acknowledges what he has done I don't need a 16 year old child "giving advice"
sorry but not needed.

I am a professional programmer who has programmed for companies you know about.

It is 3am and I have to deal with a kid nicknamed ender who thought it would be cute to steal code

If you're not satisfied with me just explaining, that's fine too~

Edit: Though This is US law, I'm not sure if either party involved is in the US, which complicates things.
