Oh he's right ;) My Pc is a 64Bit system but sadly only 32 Bit OS (XP) so i really really would have hard times to get the 64Bit JRE running ... :P

And there are sure differences - let alone memory adress space, heap size and such...on my W7 64 Bit i had both 32Bit and 64Bit Java installed and ran both versions on Ender fine - you only need to set the right path(es) to Java ( best as Classpath) ...but that machine just eats up too much power that's why i run HnH on this small machine... (i like the KISS principle...)

I recommend to try Java 7 64 Bit and Custom client 64 Bit version first on a 64Bit system with 64 Bit OS...but i know some cases where ppl had it easier to get the 32 Bit versions running...

you got a PM

Most ppl having that issue solved it by updating...

Another suggestion:
If you downloaded Ender from Mediafire, pls DL again from alternative second link from first post in Ender thread...

and with "use" i meant to post issues with Ender client there instead of here pls ;)

Hi! I've got a problem with Ender's.
I downloaded client, updated it, logged in, but when I try to log to HF or to place, I logged off, the client works 1 second and freezes. It freezes with log-in window and i cannot even close java without task manager. http://pix.am/RnOO/ - screenshot
It happens only when I try to log in with my main or alts. When I create new heartling, all works good until I log in again. I have 32x WinXP, latest java and updated client. My haven.jar is 1,03 mb
Run.bat:
Code: Select all
.\updater\HnH_updater.exe
start javaw -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res

Sorry for my bad english, if someone can answer in russian, pm me or write here. ;)
