second window with no text is normal with java.exe - use javaw.exe in run.bat

Firewallsettings looks ok to me - if you use Windows firewall also check ports exceptions there aswell pls

i wonder whether you should try the other DownLoad url too - to make sure that it's not a corrupt DL

Even client from site load only interface and black screen with "Loading".

I think there is remained only one variant with reinstalling whole system...

No. Everything alright. Some games i don't reinstall even after previous windows change and they are work well
Other games also didn't cause any problems.

We try all known ways but something miss and i can't understand what exactly

Remain a couple of hours and anti-virus scan will be done, found several Trojans, let's see what will happen after their removal after completion scan.

What Antivirus program are you using?

You might perform a second virus scan with a bootable live disk like Kaspersky Lab Rescue Disk (if you haven't)

What is the instruction for console to close? I have tried Pause, but it does not work for me. I use WinXP SP2.

sure it closes Ender was thinking you wanted to close after you exited Ender

The CMD window normally stays open because there's the argument

if it's not in run.bat CMD normally closes when commands (updater, start java +ender) been run...

or aren't you talking about CMD window when writing
