yes olgeigracexD meant you: you try to run 64 Bit Ender with Java 32 Bit (Program Files (x86) )

HnH_Ender_x64>"C:\Program Files (x86)

So either install Java 64 Bit (Program Files) or use Ender_x32

you need to edit your run.bat proper then too

Yes, at first i use this run.bat, and it worked, but later when i try to connect with this run.bat, it shows the "Connection refused: connect" and then i started to use all the methods listed in the forum.

it should be to javaw.exe

Try:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw"

And you must have the " " marks
