Had that too, and since it had no checkmark in it i thought it was completely defunct.
DigDog wrote:What do you mean, not working? If you can't click it, try clicking a bit above it, the hitbox is kind of screwed.

If you can click it but it has no effect, well, then I sadly can't help you.

But this helped: switching the music on (which it already was) and after that off again finally removed the music.

Thanks!

As a sidenote: did i mention that i hate GUIs because of checkboxes showing a state which do not reflect what the code is really doing?

I don't have to point out how silly this sound for someone that adamant about his programming and coding knowledge.

When I log out and I am using a belt other than belt 1, and then I log back in, belt 1 images are showing, but whichever belt I was using at log off is the belt that gets activated. For example, in my belt 1 my slot 6 toggles tracking, but in belt 4, slot 6 travels to hearth. I logged out on belt for, and logged in. Seeing the images for belt 1, I click slot 6, but travel to hearth. I hope that makes sense.

From a users/supporters standpoint: Comparing problems with config file driven stuff and GUI settings panels i dealt with over the last 25 years i think the later has this issue - displaying a setting state which isn't what is really active but after toggling it twice the functionality works (at least for a while, sometimes it breaks again and you have to toggle it again), fucking you over in totally intransparent ways at random times - orders of magnitude more often.

From a programmers standpoint: Having various abstraction layers as loops to hop through when creating conficuration interfaces for GUIs i know how easy it is to fuckup something slightly leading to nevertheless pass testing with all seems well, but ugly sideeffects creeping up later in production.
Been there, done that, bought the tshirt.

Well thats at least something that makes more sens.

Not sure what you mean by that, but I don't really care either.

But as you seem to be in a good 'explaining" mood.
Like to elaborate on what your point was with this one?
You know that you can overwrite files while they're open?"

Nevermind that last one. Just read Loftar's comment on it. (and lost interest in knowing.)

Are the downloads listed on the OP updated by any chance?

If not, could a mod edit the post so it's updated? That way I don't have to search all the pages to find the download every time a new player asks me about it.

It would be much appreciated ;)
