DeadlyPencil wrote:hey xcom,
Our village is using one of your older versions that was pretty stable but I have read through the thread to make sure the bugs haven't been fixed yet.
We have 2 reoccurring problems:
- Auto drink stops working after awhile (I have bugged you about this before). I don't know the cause, it can work for hours or it can work for minutes and stop, I have yet to notice a pattern.
- Walking into or out of a house will sometimes cause your client to display terrain from a different location. so basically what will happen is you walk into a house. your screen goes completely black and your mini map shows your location being a far off place (you can tell by the green arrow pointing to yourself that your far away). you will need to log in and out to fix it. it might be possible to scroll your screen back to yourself but for all I know iam looking at black that is 8 supergrids away from the interior of my house. my brother also had this happen with mountain terrain once but I didn't personally see it myself (I assume he ported back to his HF but still saw the mountain). (I can try and get you a screenshot of this if needed but I assume most people will have run into this bug if playing enough)
both are really big issues for combat, as they will both cause you to die if it happens when your fighting
P.S: thanks for figuring out the mating bug
