It looks like the contaminated file tries to toss some addons onto your browser, too. If you mistakenly DLed the client and are having problems with browser hijacking, check your add-ons and plugins.

(Three cheers for NoScript and Flashblock, which were no-selling that shit like a boss)

It's not the real client that contains malware - it's a fake - easily to distingish with ending exe while the real client is a zip

Also it seems it's a crossinjection to the sendpage site that leads outside and not where the files are stored ...

btw. Noscript and FlashBlock is not working with IE (which is still in use by many)

Ahh. Interesting. For what it's worth I didn't think it was you or Xcom's fault on this; I thought at first someone had snuck in and contaminated the file itself :)

Also, people still use IE?

Was on IRC and chatting and had a possible idea on seamless maps. I can't really promise or know by now if its possible but I will for sure give it a good try to get working. Basically make it so old explored map tiles will show up as you log in to the same areas. You would basically have all the map grids you previously explored in your map window and as you re explored the map grids they would update.

I don't know how I would go about making the new map tiles stitch to the old ones to generate the seamless map but that will be part of the challenge. I know there is a simple workaround by paving GPS tiles in the ground that would auto generate a fixed location for the client to use as reference point. If it becomes to difficult to stitch the maps together I might just add that.

There was an update where you crashed after a few minutes. It was updated and fixed it but there still seams to be a low threshold of item transfers. More then likely if your farming and need to sort seeds or if trying to move objects in and out of cupboards or LCs you will experience it. Server will kick you and put you in the login screen. Hoping this will be resolved in a later date.

This bug will happen regardless of client or method of transfers.

It has been a while since I didn't use the client, the new features seem awesome! However, the client doesn't seem to detect the window size on a tilling window manager like xmonad:

I re-installed xfce and it seems to work fine on it:
