With this standard setup it cannot even find javaw.exe

Try taking out Start at the begining of the line. Don't really know what I'm doing but this has been discussed on this thread before. Now I wish someone would find a solution for my and some other guys' problem page 56-57. Have pity on us who don't want to die by bears hidden behind trees.

This shows for about a second after I log in with the client and then the client closes itself when it goes to the character selection screen.

Alright I got it working. I had already tried reinstalling java but that didnt do anything. This time I installed java JDK, which contains JRE...from the little I understand. I did the install in a new folder (not the one where the other java was). Using the javaw.exe there it worked. So yeah I hope this helps someone.

Edit: While uninstalling the old java it seems to me like it might not have been 64bits, I really thought it was, I was other running java games, like say the official client.

Is there a sound fix because i cant here anything its not a big issue but it would be nice to have.
