• Even IF you could convince an IP lawyer that you have a valid claim (e.g., that Ender violated your as-yet-still-mythical license/terms of use/whatever), no lawyer would ever take your case: what damages could you possibly claim? That by giving away a free client Ender somehow prevented you from ...giving away a free client? Or would you try to play the "delicate dewdrop" card and claim psychological damages? Open source development first and foremost builds a developer's reputation - and your reputation is pretty well circling the bowl at this point, so you might want to consider the bigger picture...
  
• Pony up a URL to a public repo (github, etc) with commit dates for said code that predates at least this thread. If you can't do that, then you have no proof that the code you sent to Ender (as documented in your PM screenshot from the other thread) wasn't copied by you from somewhere else. If you can point to a repo (and demonstrate actual ownership - maybe by uploading a file name "HelloHnH.txt"), then you might-maybe-possibly start to earn your way out of the massive hole of idiocy you've dug yourself into

GPLv2 says that modified versions, if released, must be “licensed … to all third parties.” Who are these third parties?

Section 2 says that modified versions you distribute must be licensed to all third parties under the GPL. “All third parties” means absolutely everyone—but this does not require you to *do* anything physically for them. It only means they have a license from you, under the GPL, for your version.

Ender's Client isn't under GPL (Its under the GNU LGPL) and neither is Kinky's code apparently.
