oh noes there are no Hotkeys given in first post in this thread :o ;)
read and you will be given:
Ctrl + N == Toggle night vision

Going to release the heavy update on Apoc. From this point on its going to split into 2 clients baked into one. Depending on how you start the client it will either open options for scripting or keep to the old non scripting basic.

But the upcoming client will have some heavy changes including that it will sadly only run on java 8 for now.

Features added:
-Multi session
-Party targeting
-Properly drawn player circles indicating party or foe as well
-Improved double and single tap
-Ctrl + click for upper left build object placement
-Hidden circle menu (top of the slen menu).
-Fixed freestyle camera

-Scripting engine only for Apoc Script

The scripting client will be running on the same client except the the start of the client, in the run.bat you will have the option to turn on Apoc script or Apoc lite based on your preference. If Apoc script is turned on it will basically include a few additional features giving you the ability to run scripts.

A few have asked for the pre-release. Its still buggy and have few more features and additions to get added on top. But here it is. Just make sure to test it before using it in combat.

Drag the content in the zip file on top of the main directory of the latest version of Apoc lite found in the OP.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit with 64-bit java 8 runtime. When I run the Apoc-Lite run.bat, I am able to enter my login credentials and get to the main screen with the guy in the green robe holding the stick and looking off over the horizon. When I click "New Character" to start my first character (I'm coming back to H&H after a long hiatus), the intro music stops and I get a wolf howl sound, but then nothing happens for a while. After several minutes, I see the starting characters overlaid over the character selection screen....in other words, I can see the little lampost, the wood chest, the gender-selection guy, and the dude with the flag that lets you choose a name, but I don't see the pond or the floor or the cave wall, and I can't move. This is unplayable. However, there is no "crash" per se...i.e. I never get an error message or have a crash report. As such, I don't know what more to tell you to try to help you help me. Ideas?

The source code fails to compile with lots of errors saying "import javax.media.opengl.gl2 : cannot find symbol".

Oddly, if I try and compile the older code using the older version of opengl, the files compile fine without any errors.

Is there anything else I have to install other than ant and jdk to successfully compile the package from github? I thought the necessary opengl packages were provided in the "lib" folder.

EDIT: also, there's a bug with the "freestyle" camera where if you zoom in maximum with the "disable camera borders" option off, the screen starts to shake like crazy.

How do I disable the shortened cupboards and walls?
And is there a way to hide with CTRL+H movable objects (chests, cupboards) or constructibles (kiln, smelter)?
