And you do not replaced correctly drying frame. You replaced old version of files, that are used only while building (by the way, this is loftar's (or jorb's) bug). Placed drying frames use dframe2.res file, wich is not in res jar file. It contains all states of drying frame.
Here you can take this file compiled by me. I've made that empty drying frame looks like old one - without strings on it, strings visible only while there are skins on it.
EDIT: Plus you again messed with folder structure - some files are duplicated at wrong places. Not critical, but bad.
