Ok, now it keeps the command screen up, but it says "press any button to continue". So i did and it instantly went away and i waited, nothing happened. So i wait without hitting the button and it just stays up there. I remember it did this to me on enders, but i forgot what i did to fix it.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe -> use with 32 Bit client
C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe -> use with 64 Bit client

check where your java is located

Desktop is located inside C:, C: isn't located inside desktop... Desktop is just a folder, C is a hard drive or whatever.
Anyway, this is where you find it: C:/Program%20Files/Java/jre6/bin/
Replace jre6 with jre7 if you have Java 7. There you can find javaw.exe or java.exe
Edit: Just go to C:, go to your user etc., search around the folders until you find javaw.exe
Then all you need to do is look at what folder you opened, and type it in. For example, a folder can be C:/Folder1/Folder2/Folder3. If javaw.exe and the rest of the java files are in Folder3, then you type: C:/Folder1/Folder2/Folder3/javaw.exe
Sorry if I don't know how to explain things, but finding the javaw yourself is easier, because nobody except you knows where your java is located, borka and people were just giving you the default installation folders.

I sort of get it, but when i go to my user the java folder is no where to be found, and if i go to C: and everything from there it still says desktop in the command promt.
But also this same thing is in the command prompt in my enders. So i dont know what it is?

as it's above including quotation marks please !!!

As long c:\ is the drive/partition where windows is installed, Java 64 Bit by default gets installed at Program Files (64 Bit version) automatically (as long you don't change installpath manually) - the 32 Bit Java gets automatically installed at Program Files (x86) on 64 Bit Windows - x86 stands for 32 Bit...

(don't want to go into Details what Java stuff goes into Documents and Settings or User or even the registry as they aren't important for getting clients to run ;) )

As all custom client coders have java set in their Environment that's why their default run.bat comes without path - urls how to set it here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=28086&p=359412#p361210
