Re: Daji Graphic mod - File on 1st page

By the way, I'm having problems getting the blueberries (invobj) and mine holes to work.

I'm actually using another custom res, so I decided to copy/paste my favorite things from the Daji mod into my custom_res folder in Ender's. I made sure the paths were correct and that I told it to overwrite the files. I've done this for the tankards, the mine ladder, the chicken coop, the anvil, and the barrel and they all work fine. It's just the mine hole and the blueberries (inventory) that won't work right. A couple other guys had the same problem as I have, with the same files.

Deleting .haven doesn't work.

Any ideas?

maybe you live in the same bizarro land as DatOneGuy. try renaming the file extensions from .res to .cached

Minehole will not work no matter what.

I went so far as to go in the cache and delete minehole.cached, replace it with Daji's. Once I see it ingame it automatically rewrites (23KB->14KB) to the old one, every time, no exceptions.

Renaming it or placing it any of the places custom_res/ , res/, or cache, will not make a difference.

Strange It's work for me... I've updated the link on first page, change the pocketwatch and check the files to be sure there not any double files or mistakes from me...
I rename the .cached into .res and it's work.. what client do you use?
Be sure to erase the old files, it's all the res folder except for :
\res\smiley
\res\paginae\act
\res\paginae\add

Enders.

Here's what I've done so far:

Went to .haven and put bluberry.cached in there from Daji. Tried deleting bluberry.res from haven-res.jar. Tried deleting bluberry.res from custom_res/gfx/inventobj and physically replacing with Daji bluberry.res.

None of it worked.

Be sure to erase the old files, it's all the res folder except for :
\res\smiley
\res\paginae\act
\res\paginae\add

Still doesn't bloody well work.

What I do:
Have folder named cust/ - Contents, all 'other' stuff i get not from you
Have folder named custom_res/ - All edited files period

I download your newest update, delete old custom_res/
Move your res/ to custom_res/
Grab folders/files from cust/ and copy over custom_res/

Tried deleting .haven cache minehole folder, tried having it referenced elsewhere, nothing works.

I believe there's a way to clear Java's cache but I don't know how to do it.
Just cleared Java cache, will try again tomorrow, doubt that will really help, but not sure what else to do

This blueberry problem might be if Daji encoded his blueberry res with version lower than client needs. Looks like in haven-res.jar there are old version, Jorb remade it, but do not put in jar, so it loads from server. Then Daji extracted old file and encoded it back with same file version. But newer version is required.
But for me those blueberries work fine. That's really strange.

Same for the minehole, I throught it's was hardcoded and I can't change it, but by taking the cached file, everything seems fine...
I guess I'll have to redo the files from the new cached ones
