No - what for?

client-res.jar contains the res files for Ender client which is the base for Xcoms haven.rar which contains a haven.jar and a res folder - so you have haven-res.jar, Ender client-res.jar and Xcoms res folder for res files

you might exchange Enders haven-res.jar with mvguliks compilation haven-res.jar (to have all known res files and to avoid "resource can't be downloaded" errors)

What worked for me was to download Enders latest update, unpack the client-res.jar and paste the full package on top. But if that causes problems then something fishy is going on.

The trees are a custom res made by MvGulic found in this link:

Ender has Ctrl+G to mark tiles on the ground, perhaps you can add an option to show server grids on the ground and perhaps even minimap grids on the ground to this fork client?

I have been having some really big issues trying to make the new ender client to work with the old copy paste done before. I'm getting odd jogl errors and whatnot.

Also trying to push out few other updates that will help with animal farming. I will warn about adding server grids to a public client though. It makes sniping unsuspecting targets far easier. In regards to that I am going to add sounds so people can easily hear when snipers pop in and out of view range as some suggested. It can at least be a small help in countering the ease server grids bring to sniping.

Seems you have to go the usual github forking and compiling way now ;) which btw. finally leads to a Xcom client (and the in my opinion "missleading" topic title finally can be edited )
