good - interesting - not seen that jre get's installed that way: jre1.8.0_25 seen that with jdk only before but just tried and have a jre8 and a jre1.8.0_25 now

so now we know your path was right - sorry

ok - did you take away the blanks in folder name?
have the updater.jar in there?
run it

then create the run.bat

check accept at jre7_u71 then dl : Windows x64 29.59 MB jre-7u71-windows-x64.exe (the second from bottom)
when dl is finished install it (don't worry no problem to have both) - you'll see a success message when done

as you can see it's 64 Bit Java 7 which suits your OS

change Java security settings by making exceptions

now please just make a folder called Ender on Desktop
drop in the updater.jar into that Ender folder and run it by doubleclicking

when client starts we're fine and you can create a run.bat
