Where "H&H folder" is your custom client folder (i.e. Ender ) - if there is no custom_res folder inside create it

Do i need to delete the regular res folder?

take half an hour off to think about why you shouldn't ... maybe the different names of folders should give you a clue ;)

Come on you're registered that long at forums - you should know by now that most of your questions are already answered different times - just read a bit more, perform searches ...

you have:
haven-res.jar (the default graphic files made by Devs - gets extracted by Java while running the game)
res folder in custom client (res files needed for client) you might also have a client-res.jar

graphic mods go to custom_res folder - you can put them in res folder aswell but you need to keep the structure and it's harder to keep track of what you changed ...

Ok here's what I'm doing I'm so confused. I get Ender's client. I get the folder from it called enderMac32. It runs fine right now. I get the files from Daj's Graphics mod. Then i get the folder called custom_res100. The folders inside this folder are called gfx, paginae, and ui in that order. I move these folders into the custom_res folder i made in the enderMac32 folder. I double click the run.command which starts the game. I hit login and it says "Authenticating" then "Connecting" then right before the game starts, the window closes instantly.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Actually it works now but the graphics are still default.

go to res folder and rename it with an underscore in front

Doesn't work again now that i renamed it actually. It just doesn't want to start the game.
Are you sure I'm not supposed to do anything with the normal res folder since it has the the default files in it?

rename back by deleting the underscore - leave the EnderMac32 folder then as it is - and try with the one Hasse made - http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/vie ... 10#p452146 and do the whole process with it - please report back

normally the custom_res folder has priority before res and haven-res.jar
