Instantaneous Flower Menu

I'm looking for a client mod that makes the flower menu to open instantaneously (the menu that opens when you right click on something).
Not completely sure of the existance of such modification, but as I saw it in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_RnWhJfzr8) I thought that maybe someone here knew where to find it.

Any info would be appreciated.
