Tools for Quality Item

Few month ago i lost my excel document where if i put my stat/skill in the sheet i obtain the quality of the item produced.
Anyone have some similar sheet?
I dont want to waste my time again to remake it.

Sorry for the loss. Try using Google docs in the future. Or upload to mediafire, etc. etc. You'll never have to worry about losing another "important" file again. Besides, you'll then be a "contributor" to useful tools if you decide to share it.
