Ender's mini map gets "stuck" in simplified map?

Postby Thunderbrew » Sun Feb 12, 2012 1:06 am

So, I have the latest Ender update. Works fine. Except, the mini map if I travel a certain distance, looks like it fails to load the graphics of the trees and cliff details and some other things. So all I get is a solid green texture (with different colors for each terrain) or I get other simplified textures. No matter how much I hit the simplified button after this happens, it never actually goes back to the fully featured mini map. Relogging doesn't help either, all I can do is restart the client and it works...until I travel a certain distance and it breaks again.

Anyone know why this may be? Is this just a new bug for Ender's client or something? I have the latest java (think java 7, and its 64bit)...and everything else works fine.

I have this issue as well, I had it a lot before I had downloaded the newest update of Ender. I can't seem to figure out how to fix it, but if anyone knows I too would like to fix this.

I've had this happen before (last world) when the map servers were down. Wasn't anything I could do except wait for them to come back up.

I was having this problem for months, but for some odd reason it stopped doing it today and is now working normally :?
