Can't zoom in or out, deleted .Haven, can't get it back.

Um, so I noticed the other day I couldn't zoom in our out using the mousewheel while playing H&H.

The box was ticked in Ender's options menu to allow zooming in and out using the mousewheel.

I recently tried installing Sacredoom's graphic mod, and being pretty dumb I very likely installed it incorrectly. I think this may have been the cause of the issue.

I reinstalled my Ender client to see if that might fix it, it didn't. I remembered I put some things in the .Haven folder, so I deleted that.

However, I can't seem to get that folder back, to get the contents of that folder back I need to download the haven thing from the website? that does not seem to be working?

Is there anything I can do besides putting back my deleted .Haven folder in it's right place? but that doesn't really solve my zoom problem which makes farming a bit more annoying.

Hello again, did you (accidently) change the camera mode in Ender? is mousewheel working in other applications?

Graphic mods should go into Ender res folder only

Run default web client to get .haven back - and i don't think that it's usefull to put anything in there as it is a cache only

No, I haven't changed the camera at all. I doubt by accident, unless there is some "shift+blah blah" to change it.

Yes, the scroll is working in other applications. It's working right now on this page in my browser.

I can't run the default web client, I've tried about 10 times and I keep getting "Unable to launch the application."

My Windows and Java are updated. I put my deleted .Haven back and can play the game, but still cannot use my mousewheel while playing H&H.

i don't know any shift +blabla for disabling the mousewheel

go to your Ender Folder look for "haven.conf" it should have an entry "zoom=true"

And the default error message prolly just needs your Java Cache to be cleared...

Edit: I cleared my Java Cache and still can't get the web client to work, by any chance could the lag and server issues lately have an effect on this?

Are you still playing with the Notebook?

If yes:
Do you have a mouse attached or are you using Touchpad?

Did you make any changes at mouse or touchpad or keyboard settings in system control or by FN keys?

Yes.

I am indeed using the touchpads "mousewheel" thing.

I have made no changes at all to those settings.

Any news about wheeling?

If not a suggestion: rename existing Ender Folder...DL Ender again also update...unpack, edit run.bat if needed but don't change anything else in it, run a wheeli test ...

When wheeling is working the problem isn't Ender in default state related...

my next suggestion would be copy from renamed Ender wanted res files into res folder and the belts config files...

I really appreciate all your help Borka, and I feel rude saying this but I don't know what you mean in most of your post. I'm really bad with computers.

The problem is still the same.

So,

1. I rename my existing ender folder to anything?

2. Download Enders client again, as well as the update.

3. By unpack do you mean extract the Rar/Zip?

4. Edit the run.bat? I'm not sure what I need to edit?

5. How do I run a wheeli test? I googled this but couldn't find anything about it.
