How to get text in character icon?

How do some people do that? And before you say, that was in old worlds. When I died, a person had text in their icon.

No I mean in game... Like a speech bubble in char icon.

1. make a !backup of your existing res folder (assuming using Ender) - unpack the jar file with 7zip - copy the contents of res folder into Ender res folder by overwriting existing ...

or

2. !backup haven.res and exchange

you do on your own risk

wear a certain item. i think it's the ranger cape.

Yeh, it's the Ranger's Cape.

Makes your char say "Justice!"

If you have jackards res or etc.
