<.< download the appropriate file for your system, decompress it then run run.bat

if you don't see a run.bat file then make a new bat file in the same directory with this as content:

java -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar -d sh.seatribe.se

Ok, I tried that, and I still get the same effect. A window pops up for just a second, closes, and nothing happens.
I don't have any Java based apps running.

you're most likely missing haven-res.jar

go here: http://github.com/Pacho/IRC-Extended/downloads

right click, save target as, put it where your other files are.

The first few people to download the client got a version with this file missing, so whenever they go to redownload it it just gets the cached one.

Awesome work man. Just 2 things bother me right now.

Would it be possible to have a separate volume bar for music? Even having the music effected by the current one would work. I am sure there is a reason for not having it yet, but still.

Could you include in the OP how to change the resolution. I figured it out, but some people might not be able to.

Ah yes, I haven't found a way to change the volume of music. Best I can do at the moment is disable it though.

I coulda sworn I had some text about the resolution changing thing on the OP <.< I guess I didn't, thanks!
