how can i see curiosity's in ender's client ?

Options (ctrl + O) > Highlight :)

click the little icon next to the highlight tick box, you can select what is actually highlighted(keeps it from hilighting inkweek late game when pretty much noone ever uses the stuff past ink discovery). if that doesn't work and you're actually seeing foragables and they're not hilighted on your map then try reinstalling.
