So after hunting for a while, my OCD finally got the best of me and I opened up GIMP.

Instructions: I hope I don't have to explain this, but open up your res.jar or customres folder and drop it in the UI bit, overwriting the original aim.res.

Not bad, but shouldnt it go 25/50/75/100 instead?

Hmm, I suppose green would be 75 considering my though was 0-25, 25-50, 50-75, and 75-100.

Would also fit better.

If I might make a suggestion; remove the first 10 (or is it 5?) as even a possibility. You're guaranteed to miss there to prevent ranged spam.

Right, improved version is up. Followed Tecks advice and darkened out the first 10% and also moved around the percentages a bit.
