Ender Not working Connection refused

I have redownloaded ender and edited The run.bat file correctly. also tried clearer all java settings and updated it.
problem came after trying "Groovy Bot" Unsuccessfully.
Any Idears? starting from the website works.

The auth server is shut down. so your just going to have to wait until it's back up or use default client/ viewtopic.php?f=27&t=21910
Download that until the server is back up.
