Graphic modding problem [Solved]

SOLVED

So, I wanted to make a graphic mod for some equipments. I decoded what I needed, edited the images and copied all the files to the decode_out folder.
I run encode, the cmd opens for a second, then closes. But there's nothing in the encoded folder.

What am I doing wrong?
This is how the decode_out folder looks like:

Hope you have a great day

to encode, open cmd
Code: Select all
write: cd (path to the layerutil folder)

and then write:
Code: Select all
java -jar LayerUtil.jar -re decode_out encoded
