New internet Connection

Hello,
Since today I got a new internet connection. But after the new router got installed I am unable to play haven.
I am not getting any error messages.
I can walk in the basement of my mansion and walk in the other rooms.
But when I want ot go outside the game gets black and nothing is working anymore

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

click on options/camera , and check any option diferente to you choose, after that, back to your old option.

If I do anything else I am getting a forced logout when I go outside.

Sounds like you're just getting bad reception. Different access points have different radiometric characteristics, so it's not particularly strange that one is better than the other.

If anything, you can try changing its wireless channel to something different than what it's currently using. That does not seldomly help.

It didnt help me loftar, I switched to every chanel I had avalible.
@ borka, The game worked fine for me earlyer at this same pc. I cant realy think something is wrong with this pc now.

set port forwarding on router (- firewall)

if you're able to connect router and PC with cable do so (and be it just for testing)

also check if you all use the same Wireless mode with receivers in/at your PC/Notebook so you might set only to that
