You mean... hand plow entire 10*10 farm... 
Anyway, what works for me is randomly circle my cursor over the tile, right clicking like a pervert, until it works, or planting crops in rows, going from east to west.
Don't know why that helps, but it does. (at least for me)
Well, thank you anyway, I'll just try to use the aforementioned tricks then and see if they keep working.
