Playing H&H on a mac

Hey guys, i've been trying to research how to get H&H to work on a mac. At first i would just go for the play button on the official client but it seems to not be working. I get the music playing but it is just a white screen. Next, i try to use the ender's client but i have absolutely no idea what i'm doing and even going into the other threads to see how to set up H&H on a mac confuses the hell out of me. I have minimal programming experience. So just a small tutorial or some help would be appreciated.
