Need Help client Issue

I seem to i have a problem connecting to the server with an old client i haven't used in months and cant find the problem. The Error sign says Connection refused: Connect
any Ideas, The help will be much appreciated.

Edit How do I change the server name that the client connects too.

naming the client certainly would make help easier

make sure you have an up to date Java (7u71 or 8u25) or with older Mac the suiting Apple one - urls here
