Giving away palisade claim with mine

Due to recent falling out with my brother IRL and him rage quitting, taking all the food an curious and suiciding. Ive decided to become a vagabond and move out. With all the work put into this place I would hate to see it go to waste so im hoping some deserving noobie can make due with it.

There is a mine with q10 ore , copper and cast iron right on the inside barely touched. Already have a metal meat grinder and all the utilities to make wrought iron as we started production shortly before the fallout. A cellar is also completed. Sadly the pickaxe, axe and some of the other things was destroyed before my brother suicided into the water. But with a few days work im sure someone could make this into a nice little spot. If anyone is interested please let me know, this is a great opportunity for a newer group of players to get there hands on metal.

If needed I will hold the claim and pass permissions including the gate key to the new owner until they build up enough LP to fully claim the property.

I see your other topic where you had issues. At the moment you are pretty much the only one I would consider giving it too. I'd like to wait a bit to see if there is any other responses before making my final decision.

I looked at the picture and all i can see is ruins, and decayed palisade. Because that's what that plot is going to look like in a month or so lol
