Wait what? People can summon you when they have a hearthfire. Yes. Yes, that's true.

This bug was discovered and reported by Qant a while ago. But was not fixed yet.

So the guy has to not have a HF and you have to know that he doesn't? At that point why not summon him right then and there? Because you're too scared to fight fair?

Seems like a very unlikely scenario, and works in the same way that building a wagon gate does.

Just for clearance: this "somebody" only means someone who left scents for summining or anybody's HF ?

No cobalt, you can open the summon menu while the person is online and has no hearthfire - but you can't summon him, If you try and summon it will say "the perp is online". But if you just wait for him to build his hearthfire and log off, you can summon him even though he has a hearthfire.

And yes Borka, the person has to have had left scents.

You can, but this bug allows you to summon people who have no hearthfire and have not been offline.

Person breaks his hearthfire, ports to a village, and rebuilds his herathfire. He hasn't went offline, but he can be summoned so long as someone opened the menu giving the "summon" option while his hearthfire was broken. - After he logs off.

If you try and summon him while he has no hearthfire and IS online, you will get the message "perp is online".

Ahh okay. I was under the impression that someone online without a HF could be summoned.
