Sad indeed and tons of work...took us 13 hours straight to secure our spot with 5-10 people at all times last world. Then when it had fully regenerated we found out the spot was not even completely secured.

so from what you're saying if I find a decent sized island and put crossroads all around it, using hf or idol to get in and a crossroads somewhere else to get out, its completely within game rules?

If your HF is outside does it really matter? Not to mention the fact that can be rammed, an island with CRs everywhere can't.
