There is everypoint in hanging around though, you just have to struggle to survive the first few weeks or so, then as you get yourself on your feet you learn to fight back, you have the chance to become a rapist yourself, or to fight them, get to know people and they will help you, this game has the potential to be anything you want it to be, its just most people want it to be pvp.

make them change that by forcing them to adapt

nope, cant see that. maybe thats cos ive had it 3 days, not 1 year.
Thats a very big gap and alot to learn, not many could ram that much info into themselfs within 3 days chap.
Anyway, i look at that bmj and i think why bother.

Bmj just feeds off of rage and eats small children, other than that from what I know of him he's quite polite and friendly.

Also the gap is not that big, I know plenty of people who have been playing a much shorter time than me and already are far further in the game than me, It's quite easy to pick up with a bit of patience

We've had people complaining about the gap since 2 hours into the server (maybe not even that long.) That there is any gap means people will use it as an excuse when it's really sort of meaningless.

If op isn't happy with the game and wants to leave then that's that.

of course, I couldn't care less about him staying or leaving, Its just that In my opinion he seems to have quite a large "misconception"? about the game, I was just trying to explain that how he is seeing, or at least describing, the game is not actually how it is.

Also I dont think he means "gap" in the way you took it to mean, the people complaining 2 hours in were complaining of a time gap, where the first in are the better off, I believe the op is talking about the learning curve.

This game requires you to know what you are doing 3 days before you do it. If you have ever played the game Dwarf Fortress, it's sort of like that. Except you are your FPS and the rest of the hearthlings are -cave spider silk socks-.

Also, this is win. Ignore the rest of these asshats. Play if you want, but don't get too attached to your shit or your character.

92.8% (according to a survey I made up for this post) of the people still playing do so only to curb stomp all of your fun and live to feed off of your tears and posts of rage. Thus, anyone and everyone will attempt to murder you for no reason and every reason.

My advice? Play casually as fuck and roll some Dark Elf in Skyrim until the new Star Wars MMO comes out, then play that for a solid six months and uninstall it.
