Other thing, how come you were so certain that village has metal, kilns just proove we made bricks, we might wait for metal to come. nb it is not *only* the fact they were stronger than you, but that you were (apparently) poorly defended, so they didnt even have to make much effort. Sadly you have to build a brickwall asap, which can be hard to know first time round. Good luck rebuilding.
