I am afraid that i couldn't do it until i logout since my friends dont seem to login very often and i am scared if i could finish it in time then the criminal will steal all of our bones so i couldn't finish it :(

fish. your gonna be screwed m8. and here's why

if said thief checks on you regulary, he gonna know your putting up a palisade, then he's gonna check on you more often, in hopes to possibly kill you or if he's real devious, he's gonna wait till your just about to build the gate, and then he's gonna come in and either scare you off or knock you out, in which then he finishes the gate, and now your palisade is your Prison.

but lets say he doesnt have any combat skills then unless you have rage(which i dont think you have) then he's just gonna make your H&H life miserable.

So your best bet is.

A. find out where you are on map(if your close some of the nicer players may come to help you) BUT DO NOT POST UR COORDS HERE(for all the Asshat and Griefers close to you will come and do Far more worse things than just steal your honey) remember find your coords and PM someone experienced you can trust.

B. Time to leave. I would suggest somewhere in the southern places.

c. Join a village.(this is your best bet imo) but in order to do that your gonna have to start a thread in Dwarves and thieves.

First, use your characters to log off with the items you need to build your pali walls so he can't steal them while you are offline.

Second, use the scents he continues to leave to "track perpetrator" so that you will know when he is not online (or know that he is).

Good luck.

Hello there, sorry to hear about your problem and I will try and do what I can to help you out. If you want to PM me your hearthsecret, I can spawn an alt to scout the area and get your coords. I will then be able to port and or boat my fighter alt over there to snuff this guy out if he isn't apart of a major faction.

TEMPORARY PRE-PALISADE DEFENCE:

1. Destroy your gate.
2. Rebuild one of the fence parts, so that there is only a 1-tile gap in the whole fence.
3. Build your Hearth Fire in that gap.
4. Extend your claim so it is over all of your fence.

Now the only way to get in is if he has vandalism, and even then, it's usually not worth the trouble, as opposed to trespassing to open your gate.

Also, only you can walk over your hearth fire.

This should give you enough time to work up the leather for your palisade.
