Far more easier solution than that. Don't have walls and no one will bug ram you.

fix'd
but IMO not having walls seems like a bad idea. make many walls, now that is a good idea.
The sum of my experience is comprised up of more skeletons on my own claim then alot of you guys have wood blocks invested in your wall. But even though these skeles show i am a bad player- i still strive to continue through this vile territory in the hopes that one day i will have an army big enough to find you and murder all you know

Though yes. Needs to be fixed :/

Makes sense. Even with Criminal Acts on when you run into a personal claim you will stop in your tracks for a second. It's also a good way to get away from someone if you have permissions on a claim they don't.

I'm gonna make myself look like a complete noob here, but I completely missed what loftar did. All I caught when I saw the change was "they brought back brickbashing." I'm assuming from reading this that it's not true brickbashing (like in w3), but am I right to guess rams can be immediately repaired with no cooldown or something?

There are still dry times.

Is this a "working mechanic" like tanning tubs, fuel glitch, and so on.. or is this bug abuse? If it is a working mechanic, can the rest of us know how to do it?

Thanks in advance.

No it is not an intended feature and is an abuse, a rather volatile one in my honest opinion..
