I don't think that's your decision to make to be honest. I can see over excessive use in one post being annoying but I don't see any problem with anyone using them once in awhile.

They're derogatory speech that has always violated the rules and has earned warnings and bans from mods at a whim in the past. This does not mean that anyone who says either is instantly going to be banned of course. More than anything, like most things that I do, it's more of a request from me to tone that kind of language down.
