Sure, Haven is still in the Alpha-Phase, so its developing, but Bugs are bad because the Dev's are inactive. Would they be active i would agree with you, then they would help to develop Haven, but in the current state they are just bad.

I think there is nothing wrong with making this bug public, because those noobs, who werent raded by retarded jumping kids yet, will have a chance to prevent it
just put something close to the cliff (chest for example) and you're safe, or atleast you have your 12h to rebuild your walls

I have found couple unramable vaults and checked that, and indeed, it's sad you cannot jump mountain vaults
