Your tips for life are rather one sided, my girlfriend actually laughed out loud, she encouraged him to check her out too, "Because she was a pretty awesome person, and I thought she might be cute," was her reason for cheering them on.

please dont turn this into the whole 'she should feel complimented that someone online took an interest in her'. yes she is an awesome person, and she liked you, your g/f and your other villagers. so the least you can do is appreciate that she isnt an idiot, and that she is entitled to feel creeped out by this. you g/f might be ok with it, but i assure you most women wouldnt, this being one of them.
