oh god i remember that, the day i realized all koreans playing this game are lying fucks. about a month-ish into w5 i was boating around west of the central grid when i came upon a village with open gates named "ROK" i took it upon myself to head on in and kill/steal anyone/anything i happened to lay eyes on. afaik i killed 2 - 3 mains and got an lc full of silk, the most prettiest merchants robe i have ever seen was crafted from said silk ^__^. after these we found another RoK village a few grids south west of the first one, and an open minehole in front of it! our group ventured down and scouted the mine only to find a miner there. he went down pretty quick, later learning we killed "super"sohon's miner alt. a few days later, 3 -4? boshaw informs us of a thread on the forums, (was either a thread or a #haven message?) regarding the koreans of RoK attacking Tonky's village under the guise of ranged scents. as the perpetrators we were sad as we did not have a fight with the koreans, so we took it upon ourselves to aide in the defense of tonky's village, which was quite a boat ride, SE corner of the world afaik. upon tonky and other villager managers they decided to port us in, they were quite uneasy at first, seeing how me and klaue were in the group. upon rallying up at the idol we headed toward the area where the ram was, only to find supersohon(lol ant_pro) and 2 of his buds about to start the ramming. we had the superior numbers, as well as superior quality i believe so we asked for tonky&crew to create an xr to get outside and fight the evil koreans. when still at the wall with our bows covering the ram we see sohon appear back on screen with a large number of ants on him, we started yelling insults and calling him a bagouser, he moved one time and got backhit by the ants, after that first hit they started to fuck him up, i'd say about 200 shp damage was done by these ants. by the time the xr was up the rok attackers were gone, successful defense?
tldr rok didnt even track scents, but used it as a guise to attack the japanese, ah w5, how i miss thee
