Terms of service are generally only needed for...well....services. this game is completely free to play and as such, ISN'T a service. Nice try though.....

Providing a free to play game is providing a service, providing these forums is providing a service, Facebook is free but you must agree to the terms of service. What rock have you been under that you don't know this? Almost every website that you will visit has a link titled Impressum, Legal, Imprint, or TOS, frequently also found under Privacy. Nearly everything found under those links is either the complete total terms of service or a sizable portion of those terms. In general, things like unauthorized account access is a violation of the terms of most online services.

There are other terms of service related indirectly to the game, such as those of the hosting company, that must also be followed by both the end users and the admins. For instance, the forum server being hosted in Germany, which has many laws thoroughly defining and prohibiting the distribution of hate speech, I'm sure that the hosting service would not be happy to see that there is frequent hate speech and screen shots of swastika vandalism in game. The fact that nothing is done about it by JnL or the mods likely leaves them open to account penalties with the host, perhaps other legal consequences. I'm not sure if the game server itself is hosted in Germany as well, but you see where I'm going.

You know, without a TOS prohibiting things that violate German law, a great idea would be to post as much hate speech and nazi imagery as you can that falls within the rules of the forum, then send evidence of it to the hosting service. I mean, DiS could take down the entirety of HnH as revenge for being nuked, or at the very least force a switch of hosting services. There is already plenty of hate speech on here towards Eastern Europeans and Asians, enough to complain for sure.

I would never wish a nuke upon my enemies, unless it was something far worse (stat hacking, walking through walls, etc) stuff like that is pretty gay.
If the same thing that we did to Wrath of Rabbits happened to us, Yes, I would be a little bummed/pissed/depressed, but I'm not gonna ask for char deletion or village nuking, I would be against it.
Most of the bigger factions knew about this bug (alts summoning mains to certain areas). This is why we keep Hearth Secrets clear at all times and keep hearths inside houses.
If this happened to us, I would be mad at myself and/or the people that had the hearth set outside.

Yeah sorry I was a little vague. What I meant was I doubt anyone other than Burg (or other inner party members) would or could go as far as opening the possibility of a nuke, of which was obviously not going to happen by the way.

I just meant that when ever another large faction such as Sodom in W3 or Pandemonium in W4 used a bug or exhibited behaviour that is generally frowned upon, everyone and their mother was just saying blah blah blah we hate u, u ruin game etc. That is where I believe the hypocrisy came from in your post. We have all hated on another faction for their actions at one point or another.

I used to think you were a complete ass, your posts are often abbrasive, sarcastic and rude, mostly with no apparent reason, lately however, i'm begining to find u really funny and actualy quite a bit smarter than i originally thought.

If I were a member of DIS or any faction facing a nuke, however, I would mobilize the userbase to use JnL's laziness against them by means of abusing German hosting regulations.

As much as I dislike bug abuse, it's really the job of the devs at the end of the day to fix it.

If you really want change, sitting around studying curios isn't going to make it happen. Send a complaint about the hate speech on the forums or ingame to the webhost, take plenty of screenshots. Make complaints about copyrighted material being posted on the forums as well, just to be safe. Maybe it will wake JnL up a bit.
