When you don't play, all memories of botting and abusing goes away.

Are we seriously complaining about botting again? I thought we already had this debate. As long as you report things to the devs and make sure they know about it, whatever you do is legit in my opinion. I usually tend to agree with burg, but seriously, there's a reason the main client I use for botting (KT) is called the "pande client". Let's complain when people crash servers/abuse without reporting to loftar, however, if some bug goes unfixed you're better off doing whatever everybody else is, or you'll eventually be killed off or made irrelevant.

I am already irrelevant :(

And working out whether I can bot feed-trough filling (on my computer, with my non-existent skills) is going to be a project for me, because srsly, so much annoying clicking.

This should prolly go in the pro-tip thread if it isn't already there.
Click a food/seed in your inventory, hold down shift and right click the trough, it'll randomly (?) trough things from your inventory that can be troughed.

Not random, it's last-in-first-out

I never actually botted cows, thought it'd be a funny thing to say till I realized that lots of people actually do it.

Nice. So is this a custom client feature, or just a 'wtf, why is Min's computer so shit' moment for all clients? Because I just got all excited there, but it turns out not to work for me. I can't put fuel in kilns/ovens/smelters that way either, but I do use shift-click/scroll and ctrl-shift-click/scroll for moving items to and from containers (I would have left long, long ago otherwise).

Potjeh - I only posted that because it amused me, I wasn't being particularly serious with the capslock there :)

Would you prefer I lie about it?

Burgingham wrote:All you can do is pull something out of your ass like "Well yeah we used them, but we only found 2 iron nodes with it. Promise!" Coincidentally you always had those bots turned off when you found a valuable node, amirite? Nobody can be that stupid to believe such nonsense.

Ramones said he found 2 gold nodes as well. The bot was on, you are wrong. And as for the other gold nodes.... Zigzag bot, which Potjeh already pointed out, is much better for the community then straight line bots. I will thank you on behalf of Ramones for the client. (I use enders, but if ramones didn't have the Pandemonium client, he wouldn't have the bots)

And Min you should be able to shift click seeds into troughs on enders.
