Blarix seems like a good guy with good intentions. He is handing out supplies, killing troublemakers, and trying to make Brodgar less of a shithole. I'm pretty happy that anyone cares enough to do this. But in the name of safety, he is giving up some of the free and openness that the founder intended (by arbitrating who does or doesn't get an oath).

I don't think the founder cared about safety... he pretty much broke every single rule in the book.

I don't really care either way what happens. I've got no control over things.
I'm just enjoying doing some fishing and foraging and cooking and observing the power struggles.

I stopped playing Brodgar after you all started the "Alt Wave", yes, you all started to use your alts to port resources to Brodgar (metal and all that shit).
What's the problem with mains in Brodgar? Well, there you have, Brodgar dominated by AD because we are something like a future menace.
When i saw there was an early BW (when we had no minehole or cave) i said "Ok, go fuck yourselves with all this shit, i thought this was Brodgar, true Brodgar..."

Can somebody make a new hearth secret public for Brogar? Existing two are down. I'm at work so can't help.

Re ls thing. When I said anybody can join Brodgar, that doesn't include people who are clearly thieves or griefers. If the LS Denys the oath to somebody because the have been or are likely to cause trouble that's perfectly reasonable and in the spirit of the town. Anarchy is a byproduct of the desired openness, but not a goal in itself. That said, picking and choosing who may join based on any other criteria is def against what I would hope to see.
