I found the murder scent left when your friend was killed, tracked it to tandem and the perp was online.
Sadly I lack the stats and knowledge of the combat system to act accordingly.
He TRIED to kill, but my friend is alive - the perp stole his boat with 2 LCs and gone...but then returned back with a bow....haha
