Playing a high risk occupation is perfectly fine if you're willing to accept the consequences and continue on. There's absolutely nothing wrong with him having the balls to admit when he has died and pick himself back up. There are far too many people ashamed to admit their deaths or losses as if it meant to be some blow to their pride, dying in a survival game.
