I'll add a little backstory as I was the one who killed him. I was told to invite this person to my village/deathcamp because he was a friend of another villager's, or something. So I popped on and oathed him. He was a newly spawned alt with a stupid name. I logged on, oathed, and logged off. It says right in my village thread that I go by what others tell me as I only took over the village for the hat, I simply let whoever they want live there. If I hear about problems I log on and remove the person. This is right in the recruitment thread so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. I was out palibashing when I got a PM from Robertzon about how the new guy I had just oathed was taking things in the village and hoarding them away. I logged on and killed him, and being a newly spawned alt I see no problem with that. Robertzon, I heard that you have been killed also today and I was intending to track your crime. But after this post, you are not welcome back into my village and you will never be hearing from Melsonia. Good day.

Well its your village your word is law.
I'm not liking the idea of just taking peoples word for what happened, hearth in and kill (this could be used as a tool against fellow villagers) and you could end up losing your most faithful, loyal and hardworking villagers because of this, but again you only did this for the hat.
I think people should be more aware of this fact before they join your village.
